On 7 of July, 2017, ERINHA was officially awarded the status of AISBL (Association International Sans But Lucratif – International Non-Profit Association) by a Belgian Royal Decree.
ERINHA-AISBL’s office is registered in Brussels.
ERINHA provides common governance, a guarantee of compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including BWC treaty obligations, and centralised access to the large spectrum of ERINHA capacities and services through its administrative and operational body, the Central Coordinating Unit (CCU).
The CCU premises are hosted in Paris.
