ERINHA is pleased to announce its integration as a new member of the European and Developing Countries Clinical Trials Partnership (EDCTP) Stakeholder Group, reinforcing its commitment to advancing global health research and Europe-Africa collaboration.
The EDCTP Stakeholder Group is a strategic advisory body that brings together relevant stakeholders from across the global health landscape to provide input on the priorities and activities of the Global Health European & Developing Countries Clinical Trials Partnership Joint Undertaking (GH EDCTP JU).
By joining the Stakeholder Group, ERINHA will contribute to shaping future research and strategic priorities, strengthening collaboration between European and African partners and promoting research on high consequence pathogens.
ERINHA’s participation highlights the important role of high-containment research facilities in addressing emerging and re-emerging infectious diseases present in Africa. Through its expertise and member BSL-3 and BSL-4 laboratories, ERINHA supports cutting-edge research, preparedness, and rapid research response to infectious disease threats of global concern.
ERINHA looks forward to actively engaging with fellow stakeholders and contributing to EDCTP’s mission of improving health and reducing the burden of infectious diseases in sub-Saharan Africa.
